OUR POLICY: I hereby certify that the minor listed is in my legal custody and has my permission to participate in the courses conducted by LOVE MUSIIC GROWS CREATIVE SEEDS.  I further certify that the participant is in good health and has no physical or other impairment which would endanger the participant when engaging in such program.  I absolve and hold harmless LOVE MUSIIC GROWS CREATIVE SEEDS, its employees, officers, or agents, and the host family from any liability which may result from participation in courses conducted by LOVE MUSIIC GROWS CREATIVE SEEDS.  I understand that LOVE MUSIIC GROWS CREATIVE SEEDS has no obligation to supervise my child at the close (i.e. end time) of the activity, and I release LOVE MUSIIC GROWS CREATIVE SEEDS and its officers, employees, agents, and host family from any liability resulting from any lack of supervision or natural disaster that may occur during the activity.

ATTENTION: New Wait List System. If you are interested in a class that no longer has any available space, you may still be able to register for the wait list. Simply (1) click on the class name (under the column “Class Information” on this page), (2) click the “Register” button on the page that follows, (3) click “Attendee Information” on the registration page and (4) fill-out the Wait List form. When you’re done completing the form, click “Confirm and Complete” and that’s it.
